When you create a crew profile, you are representing yourself and your crew to potential employers. You agree that:
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Crewed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your account or remove the content.
We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all rights to your crew profile, résumés, and photos.

Crewed makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of listings, the suitability of any crew for a given role, or the intentions of any user on the platform.

The name "Crewed" and the Crewed logo are trademarks of Crewed, Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crewed disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
